Mary Ann and Andy this morning at the Meals on Wheels “Nourish the Homebound“ breakfast. It’s always great to hear about and support the mission, which serves over 800 meals per day with no government funding. We also got to enjoy a joyful, inspiring rendition of “I Can See Clearly Now” performed by the Academy Prep and Tampa Prep choruses.
We're thinking about training Buster as a therapy dog. Here he is as a pup, playing with Sammie as Charlie supervises. What do you think?

As we age, we become more susceptible to dehydration, a serious problem and frequent cause of hospitalization in the elderly. Reminders, motivation, and food selection all have a role in preventing it.
