Chili Maple Brussels Sprouts Chips
📝 Ingredients:
Outer leaves of Brussels sprouts
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of chili flakes
1/2 tsp olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toss leaves with oil, maple, and chili.
2️⃣ Spread on a tray and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 min.
3️⃣ Serve crispy and slightly caramelized.

Pear-Celery Cleanse Juice
Ingredients:
1 ripe pear
2 celery stalks
1/4 lemon (peeled)
Small k**b of ginger
1/4 cup water

Chilled Melon-Cucumber Soup Shot
📝 Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced cantaloupe
1/4 cup cucumber
1 tsp lime juice
2 mint leaves
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2️⃣ Chill for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Serve in small cups as a cold appetizer.

Hamburger Noodle Soup 🍜🍖
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups (960ml) beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups (480ml) water
- 1 cup (100g) uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cups (300g) mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tsp (5g) Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
3. Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Add uncooked egg noodles and mixed vegetables. Cook according to noodle package instructions.
5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper before serving.
Notes:
You can use any ground meat you prefer. Feel free to add other vegetables for extra nutrition.

Crispy Balsamic-Thyme Potato Torte 🥔✨
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp (45ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30ml) balsamic vinegar
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer half the potato slices in a greased baking pan.
4. Drizzle half of the oil mixture over the layer.
5. Add the remaining potato slices and drizzle with the rest of the mixture.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes:
Feel free to add cheese or substitute with your favorite herbs for a twist.

Chicken Pot Pie Pasta 🍲🥧
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (227g) pasta of your choice
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 2 cups (300g) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (57g) butter
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Whisk in flour; cook for about 1 minute until bubbly.
4. Gradually add in chicken broth and milk, whisking until smooth.
5. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
6. Add in shredded chicken and frozen vegetables; cook until warmed through.
7. Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
Notes:
Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or spices for an extra twist!

Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls 🍕🧄
Ingredients:
- 1 tube of refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons (42g) butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup (120ml) marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
3. Cut dough into small rectangles, about 2x3 inches.
4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush each rectangle with the butter mixture.
6. Roll up the dough rectangles and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like pepperoni or vegetables before rolling.
For extra cheesy rolls, sprinkle more cheese on top before baking.

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms 🍄🦀
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) large mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (40g) green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (2g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2g) paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add shredded cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy touch. You can also use spinach for added flavor!

Crunchy Quinoa & Herb Fritters
Time: 30 mins
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 small zucchini, grated and squeezed dry
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 spring onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp chickpea flour
Salt, pepper, oil
Instructions:
1. Mix quinoa, zucchini, herbs, egg, and chickpea flour. Season well.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Shape mix into small patties and pan-fry 3–4 mins each side.
3. Serve with lemon yogurt or a chili dip.

Spiced Pumpkin & Olive Hand Pies
Time: 50 mins
Serves: 4 (8 mini pies)
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
¾ cup cooked pumpkin mash
2 tbsp chopped black olives
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp chili flakes
Salt
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
1. Mix pumpkin, olives, and spices. Cut pastry into small squares.
2. Add filling, fold into triangles, seal edges.
3. Brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C for 20–25 mins.
4. Serve warm or pack for snacks.
