Congratulations to Design Styles Architecture for winning a 2020 AURORA Award at the Annual Southeast Building Conference for the Southard Family Building at The University of Tampa. The project was awarded a Silver Award in the “Best Rehabilitation Project” category. Kempton Rinard, Inc. was an integral part of the design team developing the outdoor spaces (hardscape and landscape design) associated with this project and we celebrate with DSA. The AURORA Awards were established in 1979 and are presented annually to outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals. Featuring 55 categories, the Aurora Awards encompasses all facets of the residential, commercial and remodeling industries.
