Let's GOOOOO!

The first Deviant Libation beers were brewed for Planet Retro Records for a record store day party in 2018. Rob Sexton wanted something easy to drink and not too complicated, so we brewed the first batches of Crate Digger Ale. We had just established the LLC earlier that year.

Rob wanted to support the business venture. We couldn't legally sell the beer yet so we told Rob we would just donate it. Rob wasn't having it.

A champion of the scene, he went out of his way time and again to support musicians and people he respected. He was a loyal friend.

During the planning stages, Rob gave Tim odd jobs around the shop here and there. When we started booking shows here, he was happy to share his experiences. He popped in when he was on this side whenever he could, and even played here a couple of times with Slap of Reality.

We want to extend our sincerest condolences to his family, bandmates and friends. Rest in Power, Rob.
