One weeks ago, Liberty's life came down to the final moments.

She was scheduled to be euthanized at the Dallas shelter and was only saved because an amazing temporary foster stepped up at the very last minute. ❤️

We still urgently need a longer-term foster so this beautiful pirate girl can continue her journey toward the happy ending she deserves.

And let us tell you... Liberty is EVERYTHING we hoped she would be and more.

Her foster family absolutely adores her and has nothing but wonderful things to say. She's the kind of dog who settles right into a home and makes herself part of the family. While she generally has a calm, gentle demeanor, she occasionally lets her playful side shine with adorable zoomies that will make you smile.

We are absolutely heartbroken.😭

Today, we said YES to saving a mama Dogo and her baby after seeing the horrific condition they were in. Both girls are currently on their way to the veterinarian, and we desperately need a foster home to step up for them.

These sweet souls are severely emaciated, covered in fleas, and have bite wounds on their bodies. It's impossible to understand how anyone could allow them to suffer like this.

Despite the neglect, pain, and hardship they've endured, both mom and daughter remain incredibly sweet and gentle. They have every reason not to trust people, yet they are still showing love.

🐾 Out-of-state fosters will be considered once they are healthy enough to travel

Right now, they need a safe place to land while they begin their recovery journey. Even a temporary foster could save us from having to place them in boarding and give them the comfort they so desperately deserve.
