Ten years after opening in North Tampa, RareHues, a local home, decor and gift store filled with distinctively curated collections, has relocated to South Tampa. We're thrilled for owner Jen Carreno who says, “This new location puts us closer to our client base as we’ve evolved into a smaller yet just as lovely shopping experience."

Kathryn & Kalyn Brandewie of Florida Retail Partners, an X Team partner, negotiated the deal on behalf of RareHues. The store opened earlier this month in the former Amscot building located at 718 S Dale Mabry Highway, one block south of W Swann Ave and across from Christ the King Church. The lifestyle brand leased 2,804 square feet. Jeramiah Bustin with Engel & Volkers represented the building owner, JH&E Properties, in the lease transaction.
