Time for that distance training!
Just 15 days away and it's time to prep for the long run on weekend. Remember the goal is to see how far you can go without stopping. Earlier in the week we focus on pace, now it's all about going the distance.
Drink plenty of water before. Have a healthy meal hours before so its not sitting on your stomach right before the run.
