⚠️Sloping floors⁣

⚠️Doors that won’t close⁣

⚠️Evidence of active insect colonies⁣

⚠️Strong air fresheners + fresh paint (Hmm…)⁣

⚠️Lots of homes for sale on the same street⁣

⚠️Standing water in the yard (front or back)⁣
