This experience she had done was sad.

She wanted her hair to match her extensions and that was not something that can be done.

It is ok to be honest with the guests who sit in your hair, always within reason of explaining why you can’t or shouldn’t do a service. And i did have a long consultation with her explaining everything to the damage and to the goal of getting her hair healthier.

Due to porosity and extensions, there is sbout 7 different formulas in this combination for it to look this even and healthy.
