Mental health is just as important, if not more so than our own physical health…. We never know what someone is going through and it is NEVER okay to joke about it or take it lightly. 3 good men that I personally knew and never thought would come close to doing it are no longer with us. They were struggling and unfortunately met their demise at their own hands. If you, or someone you know is struggling mentally, PLEASE GET SOME HELP. It is NEVER the solution and creates more problems than it solves.
