For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.” Jn 6:26-27 it would seem there are still those that follow for the loaves and not to know Him, we have developed such a needy culture that we expect the God of Heaven to jump at our every call, but that’s not the way it goes, Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Matt 6:8 then why ask? To know His will. God’s Will Ends well, Our will may not ! read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, and have wonderful day.

Good Morning, my wife sent me a deal the other day, that said someone had asked God why He was taking them through these troubled waters, He replied because your enemy can’t swim, I like that, but to tell you the truth, after being in many troubled places over the years and asking why, so many times, there comes a time when you just stop asking why and start thanking Him for the strength to endure and the love and comfort He continues to bring in His Rest and Peace, no matter how deep the water or how strong the storm, how difficult the trial or the test, You feel underneath it all the Everlasting Arms of your Father that knows best regardless of the present discomfort or pain, and you turn to the word, The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; Ps 34:18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 2 Cor 4:17 One day it will all be over and we will be Home. read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, have a good day.

So my mattress popped a hole and I had to get a new one last night. Can I tell you how excited I was this one had a headboard. At first I was a little perturbed with the flat but then I realized God was blessing me. He knew I wasn't sleeping well and needed exactly this at this time and I am so grateful that He knows what he is doing so much more than I do and that he always has a better plan.

As I took this picture to send a joke to my buddy and he joked about it matching the cinder blocks. I started thinking about this project. Is the struggle and the sacrifice worth it? Couldn't I have just kept some of it together and not ripped it down to the bare bones and the foundation. I mean sure I probably could've cleaned it up and painted it and placed the furniture and what not where I thought it should go. Hey it would be far easier and I'd be a little more comfortable right now right?

But I would have never achieved it's potential. I would have never accomplished the vision. Then God reminded me that this is what He does with our lives so often when we've built outside of his design. He comes in like contractor with a vision knowing the potential we have and he has to often rip everything down to the foundations removing all of the things and worries and anxieties we have placed before His divine plan and purpose He has always had for us since the beginning. See so often as my boy Benjamin Dobbs at True Addiction & Behavioral Health says "It's not so much becoming something as it is more UNbecoming what we were never meant for."

The more time I spend in this world the more I learn that I do not always know what's best for me. But I know who does, "My Father and My Creator God" so I learn to trust Him more and more each day sometimes minute by minute. Because like how I see the vision and the potential of what I'm doing for my family He sees so much more for me. His plan is much greater than anything I can ever think of.

So is the struggle and the sacrifice worth it? Absolutely. I will continue to wake up at 4 am to go in the office and get what needs to be done so I can then go out in the field and build luxury pools on ridiculous homes so I can go back and work on mine to get to the vision and goal that it needs to be for my family and kids. I'm grateful my pops taught me how to work when I was a kid and always modeled that.

If we can learn to take this approach with our trust in God and go with his flow opening our eyes to see the opportunities as he presents them to us. We will reach and know our purpose. Look for Him in everything that happens. The good and the bad. When good happens praise and thank him. When bad happens look for the reason and lesson. Don't keep missing them. Be willing to learn everyday and never stop. He has a plan for each one of us that was down into the fabric of our being while we were still in our mother's womb. Don't you want to see that come to fruition. I know I do and I know I want my family to.
