Imagine That

Today I received a phone call from a gentleman in need of a Gift Basket. Turns out he was already parked at my shop so I invited him in. I helped him select items for the Basket he wanted, but he was very nervous. He confided in me that the Basket was for a woman he hadn't seen or spoken with in 3 years and by his own admission, it 'was his fault', but he can't get her off his mind. He wrote out his message in French & once I saw it; I don't speak, understand or write French, I suggested he read it to me while I typed it out. Still very nervous, he paid me & said he was going to tell her immediately that he was sorry. I offered him a suggestion & suggested he tell her she's been on his mind a lot & see where it goes from there. He thanked & hugged me & started to walk out the door until I stopped him; he hadn't taken the Gift Basket. Still waiting & hoping to hear how it went from him. Love IS in the air...Imagine That!
