Another brew day in the books! This time I brewed up a…you guessed it another Hazy! Can’t wait to see what this Capri does for this 🍺! Also over a pound of hops went in the whirlpool. Sabro, Bru-1, HBC-472, and Sultana. 😋 Here’s how it went…forgot the video of the hop additions and whirlpool

Haven’t posted in FOREVER so I’d thought I’d give an update on everything going on. Still building away on the house, which means no time for brewing 😒 Once the house is done though that means the brewery remodel can commence. 😊
Currently at our our favorite place on this 4th of July soaking up the sun and sipping some Maui Brewing deliciousness!

So I was given some parts when I first started my electric brewery build. I only purchased what was necessary at the time due to a limited budget. Sometimes it’s not worth using subpar equipment even if it’s free! Not sure what to use? Check out for recommendations so this doesn’t happen to you. 🔥🧯
