Ground has officially been broken at the Muckleshoot Supportive Housing Project!

We're honored to partner with Muckleshoot Housing Authority and Graves + Associates on this meaningful project that will provide 50 units of supportive housing designed to foster stability, connection, and community.

Situated on 4.64 acres, the new 53,266-square-foot facility will feature seven unique unit types, inviting community spaces, a library, an amenity deck, nature trails, and thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering areas. The project also includes a new 1,000-square-foot maintenance building to support the long-term operation of the campus.

We're excited to see this vision take shape over the coming months and look forward to delivering a space that will serve the community for years to come.
