Tacoma Rugby trains every Tuesday and Thursday, and these sessions are the backbone of our club — where new players develop, veterans sharpen their craft, and our community continues to grow. Anyone interested in playing, supporting, or partnering with the Nomads is encouraged to come out and see what we’re building.

TUESDAYS — 6:30–8:30PM
📍 Portland Avenue Park
Focused, high‑tempo training designed to elevate individual skills and team cohesion.
Afterward, players and supporters often gather at Parky’s Pizza Tavern, one of our valued community partners.

THURSDAYS — 6:30–8:30PM
📍 SERA Multipurpose Fields
Technical work, unit development, and preparation for matchday intensity.
Post‑training, the group typically heads to The Mule to connect off the field and strengthen the culture that makes Tacoma Rugby unique.
