After this week’s SCOTUS ruling that upholds bans on transgender athletes from participating in girls and women’s sports teams, we want to make this clear: trans people belong in sports, and trans skaters will always have a place at Dockyard Roller Derby. Full stop.

Dockyard remains committed to the inclusion of trans, intersex, nonbinary and gender expansive individuals in accordance with WFTDA’s gender policy.

Dockyard Roller Derby will be hosting a C-LEVEL scrimmage on Monday, August 17th from 7:00P - 9:00P at the Tacoma Armory (1001 S Yakima Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405).

We are looking for interested C-level skaters with less than 1 year of scrimmage/bouting experience to come together as a mash-up team ("The World") to skate against our newest skaters (Riptide & Tidepool).
