Project Highlight: Named for a historic plywood mill on downtown Olympia’s East Bay, this project is comprised of two 9,200 SF townhome buildings and a 142,000 SF mixed-use apartment building with 87 total luxury living units.

Project Highlight: The 78,500 square foot Thurston County Readiness Center is a two-story, masonry facility for administration, training and storage occupancies. The team solved a large number of detailing challenges due to the complexity of the project’s light monitors, complex roof angles, and exposed structure.
