This is also me, it's easier to share a post than write a new one for this business. Between work, home and community this gremlin is learning some lessons in time-management 😜

I'm gonna do it. I'm getting "political".

I've been advised by many not to do this, mainly from well-meaning folk in places of safety and privilege. Most businesses choose to 'stay out of it', forgetting one crucial thing:

Silence only helps the bad guys, never the oppressed.

Some of y'all know that I have a long history in community and activist spaces. It's part of who I am, and uh, pretty obviously part of my platform: "for the working class" means something 😏

Real estate agents are selling themselves before anything else-- and who am I, if not someone who strives to stand up for what's right and look out for my community?

And you know, I can't afford not to get "political" because what they're calling 'politics' are things folk can't change: skin color, lineage and human rights.

Human rights aren't politics.

Right now our communities are being ravaged by organized hate-crimes as history repeats itself. Nobody is coming to save us but US. I know so many wonderful people who want to get involved but don't know where to begin-- well, here's a place to start ❤️
