LIKEITORNOT is back with another episode. This time I sit down with Tacoma legend Eric Overgaard. A straight hour+ of hoop banter mixed with EO’s top 5 Tacoma food spots & his all time Tacoma starting 5. We talk his favorite hoop memories, coaching philosophies as well as how to deal with today’s parents and stay true to the ones who matter the most: The kids. We go back 20 years to Al Davies Boys and Girls Club where it all started. We talk early influences & Coach E candidly describes the ills of street life, that can eventually take you down if you dare decide to venture down that path. But lots of kids are misled or have no parent around at all. And that’s where Eric steps in. He can be that. He has been that and will continue to be that beacon of light at the end of the tunnel for these kids, providing hope for those who have none. Tune in on this one sports fans.
