The 3 Biggest Issues with North Tacoma homes are as follows.
Issue #1 There never seems to be enough bathrooms, often there is only 1 😳
Issue #2 everything is old… like really old major components. Including but not limited to roofs, plumbing, electrical, HVACs, etc… 😬
#3 Parking - Good luck finding a garage, carport or even off street parking sometimes. 😩

Current $1M+ market snapshot based on active, pending, and recent sales activity
There are two very different markets unfolding right now in North Tacoma and Ruston.
Understanding that distinction is everything.
On one side, we’re seeing strong activity in what I call the entry luxury range.
Homes between $1.05M and $1.4M. When priced correctly, these homes are moving. Many are selling at or very near list price. Buyers are engaged here, and they’re decisive when the product and pricing align.
