Telephone Customer Service Representative
Starting rate $14.70 an hour

Full-time and Part-time positions for evenings, weekends and split shifts available.
Remote work is possible after successfully completing in-office training, usually 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:
-Answer calls and take messages for a broad number of client accounts
-Provide clear and concise messages to clients
-Excellent attendance
-Maintain a positive and professional disposition in stressful situations

Requirements:
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to type 30wpm
-Have good interpersonal skills
