was trying my best, but nothing really worked. I didn't know that

Changes, Lifes Changes.
Some of life's changes are thrust upon u$, $ome we seek out and
eagerly embark There are those that are small and hardly
noticeable to others, some are huge life changing events. With
some of life's changes all it takes is the desire to start, setting a
goal, making a plan then setting aside the time to do it.
As we grow older our priorities fluxiate resulting in sorne of
those changes. One of my rnost recent goals was to make sure I
am maintaining my good health. Making life changes in eating
habits, excerise and educating myself in this area. It took
breaking bad habits even though I slip at times, small steps that
got the ball rolling. But people noticed, which led to positive
reinforcement and even more changes.
Having last about 60 pounds I was living in a new body and
thinking about taking the next step when I was approached by
Tomoko about a makeover. Taking one day and creating a new
covering for the new body. WOW! Sounded interesting,yet
scary because others would be creating the new "n1e" that they
$aw. But sometimes others see what we dont see in ourselves.
Tomsko's team is great. A new me emerged from the hair salon
and we hadnt even gotten to shop yet. Tomoka was able to
select a number of stylish clothes out for me to try on,
including acce$sories. My severly lacking wardrobe got a much
needed boost after this shopFing trip.
Many of the tips gained during the day only take a few

This is Ms. Masako. Japanese lady. She had strong opinion at beginning. But she changed tune after she try first cloth. I think she now realized what she can be. New hair, face makeup and different type of clothing... look at mirror. She changed!! Her eyes start shining and checked mirror so often to try more and more cloth.
