Thursday Touchpoint.
You may already own a wristband that uses this point without knowing it.

Nei Guan — Inner Pass — is one of the most well-known points in all of Chinese medicine. It's on the inside of your forearm, three finger-widths up from your wrist. Seasickness bands press right here. Same point. Same reason.
It calms nausea from any cause — motion sickness, stomach upset, morning sickness, post-procedure nausea. It also settles anxiety, eases that tight feeling in the chest when you can't quite get a full breath, and yes — it can stop hiccups.

The Pericardium in Chinese medicine is considered the protector of the Heart. Nei Guan is its key. Swipe for exactly how to find it and use it.
