Still Water Elementary

We’re excited to unveil the official logo for Still Water Elementary School, opening for the 2026-27 school year in Syracuse.

Voted on by the community, the otter mascot represents a school built on belonging, growth and togetherness.

More than a new building, Still Water Elementary will be a welcoming community where students feel supported, inspired and ready to succeed from day one.

Building a new school is a lot of work. Hard working children in Syracuse were asked to pitch in and get their hands dirty.

Davis School District officially broke ground on its newest elementary school. Northwest Davis County is growing rapidly, and with room to for 800 students, the new zero energy school will be a welcome addition to the Syracuse community. The school should be complete in 2026 and offer cutting edge technology and a world class education for all students.

“What Davis School District brings to the table is incredible expertise,” Dr. Dan Linford said. “Top scores in the state. and most of all, we have a system that embraces the families that send their students here. We know that the lifeblood of our district and all of our success comes from great families that send great students to us and are ready to learn.”
