Riccelli Enterprise’s operates more than 400 power units on a daily basis, all with radio dispatch and GPS systems on board. In addition to being the leader in the hauling of bulk commodities we are also one of Upstate New York’s top suppliers of stone and gravel. We offer crushing and material handling services, operate more than 50 sand and gravel mines, manage bulk salt storage stockpiles, provide grain storage and drying services, and manage a rail offloading operation, ready-mix operations as well as asphalt operations.

We have maintenance shops in Syracuse, Fulton, Rome, and Geneva, NY. Riccelli shops are filled with highly trained technicians. We build our own engines, transmissions, differentials, etc.

Must possess tool equivalent to job title.
Must possess valid driver’s license.
All levels of heavy truck technicians are needed.

Diesel Technician Requirements:
Must have knowledge of heavy equipment, including but not limited to: tractor trailers, dumps, roll-offs, concrete mixers, loaders, etc. Top pay to qualified candidates. Full-time, part-time and weekend positions are available.

With a commitment to safety and quality, Northern Ready Mix offers competitive pay starting at $20/hr and increases to $25/hr based on driver experience. Experienced ready-mix drivers are preferred; however, Northern Ready Mix has a veteran trainer willing to teach new mixer drivers.
Qualifications:
• Must possess Class B CDL or better.
• Must possess a safe driving record.
• Must maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Must perform well in a team environment.
• Must be self-motivated.
Responsibilities to Include:
• Timely to work.
• Proper attire required — long pants, steel toe boots, personal protective equipment.
• Daily truck inspections (i.e. fueling, tire light inspection, checking fluids, etc.).
• Inform management if any issues with unit.
• When ready, spot and load truck.
• Proper wash down and rinsing.
• Follow directions on ticket to jobsite.
• Assess jobsite conditions.
• Provide appropriate written documentation on delivery tickets.
• Ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the plant.
• Exercise good judgment regarding work site access, have release forms signed if deemed necessary — ex: blacktop, concrete, bad conditions.
• Treat customers with respect. They are our clients.
• Warn customers about overtime charges if pouring slowly.
• Warn customers that chute wash down must be performed on the pour sight property only.
• Do walk-around of vehicle before backing out.
• Go directly back to plant.
• Plant manager will inform you when done at end of day.
• When done, rinse out drum completely until wash water is clear.
• Perform post trip vehicle inspection and inform garage if any issues.
• Keep units clean, interior and exterior.
• Any issues with unit or jobsite should be reported to management in a timely manner.
