Featuring the incredibly talented Lindsay Brown on a grand square piano from 1902 playing live during this 75 minute warm yoga class! 🎶

Class is being held at a beautifully unique property in Vernon Center- The Hall at Maple Park. We'll be on the second floor in the former bustling dance hall from the early 1900's. 💃
Please note, navigating stairs is a necessity.

Class will consist of 60 minutes of movement, including warm-up, and concluding with a 15 minute meditation while serenaded by the relaxing sounds of live piano music.
