The bartender just reset our bar after permit from ABC board, saw a lot of empty space we been told we need plenty of bourbon and others rare, allocated,and more. Immediately Billy went to the special Liquor room and grab a case or more of products that included a case of mixed Pappies and all hard to find spirit and said I have a bunch more we ok. At least we are good, come and try 100 plus bottles of rare to get single malt Including 40 years old plus age in cask.

So call restaurant’s March Madness. The major construction coming to an end, tomorrow all the new floor over the new leveled of light concrete should be done. After all we will start to see the panels and Bistro’s wine cabinet in place. Just glass wall and Chef table to replace our old bar idea. A couple move, a couple touch up, and or a couple waiting here and there which will not stop us from booking a party on the space. Will start to take more photo to you guys next week.
