Service, teamwork, and community impact were on full display as our summer interns volunteered with A Tiny Home for Good last week. 💙

On one of the hottest days of the year, our interns spent the afternoon helping expand the organization's headquarters—hanging sheetrock, building stairs and picnic tables, and pitching in wherever they were needed.

C&S has hired Jason McCray, PE, as Managing Engineer in Orlando!

With nearly four decades of experience in Florida working on transportation design, safety, and large-scale roadway projects, he will lead the firm’s expansion of transportation services across Central Florida.

Jason started his career at FDOT District 5 and worked 14 years in the roadway design unit before venturing out to the consultant side. During his 39-year career, the majority of his design work has been with FDOT and municipal clients throughout Florida.

We’re excited to have Jason onboard and look forward to the impact his leadership will bring across the region—welcome to the team, Jason!

As Pride Month comes to a close, C&S is proud to highlight a project that carries profound meaning for the LGBTQ+ community and for all who believe in remembrance, resilience, and love.

We are honored to be part of the team carrying out the design/execution of the Pulse Memorial in Orlando, FL – a deeply personal collaboration with Gomez Construction Company (general contractor), Borrelli + Partners (lead architect), and many others. Our role is the engineer of record for the structural and MEP disciplines, inclusive of energy modeling.

The completed memorial will honor the victims, survivors, and all those impacted by the tragedy, and we are grateful to play even a small part in supporting its future.

🔬 Exciting progress at SUNY Morrisville! C&S is wrapping up construction management services for the renovation of Crawford Hall’s science laboratories, transforming Building 16 into a modern, upgraded learning environment for students and faculty.

This Phase 1 renovation is part of our continued commitment to the SUNY Morrisville campus, where we have supported a wide range of infrastructure, facilities, and academic building projects over the years.
