Reminders for Balikbayan Customers:

1. In anticipation to the upcoming holiday season, those who
want their boxes to be received on or before Christmas must
be picked up as early as August especially packages bound to
Visayas and Mindanao. This is the busiest time of the year,
chances are we encounter delays due to port traffic and
congestions.

2. Make sure to seal your boxes properly for safety reason. If you
use duct tape, tape it over again with a clear scotch tape. The
edges where you cut the tapes, retape these edges across
around the box. This will hold stick and prevent from peeling
off during several movements and transport

3. All items inside the box must be placed intact. Breakables
must be protected with soft cushions. For liquid bottles and
containers make sure the caps are tight and preferably put it
inside a ziplock bag in case it leaks it won't damage other
materials inside.

4. Do not fill up the box excessively. Distribute heavy items
to avoid reaching over the weight limit.
