Sinking around the front steps or walkway is an extremely common problem in Salt Lake City. Luckily, it’s a problem we can usually help resolve!

We used our jack system to lift the front walkway back up to the correct elevation, and then we pumped the structural PolyFoam under it to fill the void and provide support to keep it in place. Since the PolyFoam is impervious to moisture, expected to last 70-100+ years, and it can support up to 7,200 lbs per square foot, it is the perfect solution to solve this problem.
