New York Gov. Kathy Hochul came to Long Island Wednesday to unveil a $150 million state-funded project to connect MacArthur Airport to the Long Island Rail Road station in Ronkonkoma.
Plans include a pedestrian bridge, new roads and upgraded utilities.

Restaurants that sign up for the tri-annual event, which is presented by East Hampton-based Long Island Restaurant and Hospitality Group, offer special menus with several price fixe options. The winter version is designed to bring customers into Long Island restaurants during the off season.
