๐ I might be a little late on posting both of these but I was on vacation wrote up 2 offers while I was gone and thanks to Michelle King she was able to show 3 homes for me. One offer got accepted and we had inspection yesterday. ๐
This closing was truly a bittersweet goodbye couldn't be more happy to have met the buyers and to connect with them so well. Our aunt would be so happy to know it went to such sweet people and they loved all of her updates and her garden. I hope your smiling down from up there Rip aunt Linda โค๏ธ.
Had a great time today viewing these properties so many unique places out there not to many places around that are the same! Seen 6 deer and a few turckeys close by one of the homes.
