In the coming month(time allowing) NSRPA will be relaunching and meeting remotely via zoom. The plan is to offer tenant and landlord support groups. The wonderful thing about the pandemic is it has allowed us to explore other means to engage with one another. Remotely means more participation!!

We also have partnered with New England Mediation Services to offer low cost affordable mediation!

Someone from the city will be there to answer questions about the new trash ordinance.
After over a year long break we will once again be hosting monthly meetings. We will not meet in July and August.
Each month we will host a round table discussion where everyone from the general public is welcome.
Landlords(and ladies), property managers, industry professionals and even tenants may attend.
There is no charge.
Our topics range from landlord/tenant issues, legal issues, tenant relations, how to obtain funds to purchase an investment property, insurance, section 8 pros and cons, liability and even bed bugs! Anything and everything!
We also enjoy bantering, telling stories and making new friends. We are a “landlord” support group!
The group is open to all area landlords or those interested in becoming landlords. Most of our participants are from the North Shore but many come from as far as Boston.
The meetings will be the second Thursday of every month.
This month we will be in the community room at Panera Bread in Swampscott.
