Completed a new install to replace a no longer working older heat pump mini split system in Winthrop. A newer much more efficient system with the ability to efficiently heat down to -5 degrees outside

Complete with mass save and federal tax credit rebate and 10 year manufacturers part warranty

Busy season continues at Armitstead HVAC, swapped out an old leaking central AC system with a new BOSCH High Efficiency heat pump system in Winthrop, with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

Also in Winthrop we installed a new 5 zone Samsung Max Heat mini split system to replace an old electric baseboard heating system on a new home purchase/remodel before the customer moves in. Much more efficient and comfortable than baseboard heating along with cooling in the summer. 12 year parts warranty with the Samsung units

Also all of our new customers (along with previous customers) installations that receive (or received) a Mass Save rebate will now get reduced electric rates during heating seasons from Nov 1 through April 1 each year as an extra incentive for switching to heat pumps as a primary or secondary heating source
