Reminder!!! Always fix the Leak first, Then have me come fix the drywall. The first question I ask when discussing repairs from any kind of leak is “Has the leak been fixed yet?” I never want to have to do the same job twice, especially if it can be avoided. Luckily, this customer did things right!
