Our gym is better bc of him, He’s the face that always greets you on a Monday Evening & is eager & willing to show you the ropes & ways to improve your lifts/skills.

He’s one of the best guys we know that can come up with strategies to conquer any workout to get the best time & stimulus of the wod. He doesn’t ever shy away from a killer wod to program on a Saturday. He’s your biggest fan & always cheers you on from the sidelines.
