The Fibonacci sequence appears throughout nature—in flowers, shells, and the patterns that surround us. While this tuning fork isn’t meant to “tune” your body to the Fibonacci sequence, I love using it as an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment.

Sacred Sisterhood Cacao, Crystals & Sound Bath Event

There is something powerful that happens when women gather with the intention to simply be.

No performances. No expectations. Just a space to exhale, connect, sip ceremonial cacao, and receive.

This is what a Sacred Sisterhood gathering looks like. We begin in connection, open our hearts with cacao, and then settle into a 75-minute immersive sound healing experience designed to help the nervous system soften and the body remember what it feels like to rest.

Every gathering is unique, but the intention is always the same: to create a space where women feel safe, seen, supported, and deeply present.

These intimate gatherings are some of my favorite experiences to facilitate, and I’m so grateful for every woman who says yes to herself.

Sometimes healing doesn’t require you to force anything.

Sometimes you simply create enough space… and your body begins to let go.

Today I’m combining a 417 Hz tuning fork with my Water Koshi Chime.

The 417 Hz frequency is traditionally associated with release, clearing old patterns, and creating space for new beginnings. The flowing tones of the Water Koshi Chime evoke a sense of ease, movement, and emotional flow.

Together they create a soundscape that invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Take a slow breath, close your eyes, and simply listen.

Today I’m using my angel tuning forks while holding rose quartz with the intention of opening my heart and creating space to connect with my angels, spirit guides, and the loving support that is always available.

Whether you believe in angels, divine guidance, the Universe, or simply the wisdom within yourself, allow this to be a moment to slow down and listen.
