🌿 Now Hiring: Tree Climber

We’re looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our team! Experience is required for this position. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, as you will need to safely operate a large dump truck with an attached chipper and back up a trailer without a review camera.

Pay is negotiable based on experience and performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

A great candidate:

Has tree climbing experience with proper safety equipment (harness, ropes, spikes)

Works well both independently and with the team

Is dependable, punctual, and safety-minded

Can safely drive a large dump truck and operate the chipper

Can back up a trailer without a camera

Maintains proper hydration and wears appropriate work clothing

🌳 Responsibilities

Performing tree removals, pruning, and other climbing tasks

Dragging brush and feeding the wood chipper

Maintaining clean, hazard-free job sites during and after work

Operating and caring for tools and equipment (chainsaws, pole saws, blowers, stump grinder, wood chipper, etc.)

Inspecting tools before and after use and fueling equipment as needed

Following verbal and written instructions efficiently

Observing all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns

🚚 Schedule & Location

Employees meet at the yard daily at 6:30 AM in Northwest Surprise

Most days are 7–8 hours

Occasional and voluntary overtime opportunities, especially during monsoon season

Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work

Yard location: Far West Valley in Surprise
(Public transit is not accessible to the yard.)
