🚨🚨🚨ATF has posted its revised 4473 draft. We are looking through it in detail. As an initial impression however, we are pleased that it greatly simplifies the current form, and also makes clear buying guns intended as bona-fide gifts is perfectly legal, as that has long caused confusion for dealers and buyers alike.
