This year, we have eight interns joining us from top institutions across the U.S. and South Korea, including the University of Southern California, UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara, Kelley School of Business, and Daegu Software High School.

Interns first go through company culture training to understand the values, ethics, and social responsibilities that we stand for. Then, each intern is assigned to their roles, working closely with their mentors to experience the culture in action and learn the skills of the trade from experts.

A successful internship is a team effort:
β€’ For the company, we benefit from having talented individuals work with us.
β€’ For the interns, working on real-world problems prepares them beyond classroom teaching.

The goal of the internship is to make a positive impact on the next generation. We aim to give them a good start with a well-established sense of social responsibility, as they will one day become corporate leaders with great power and responsibility.
