Sometimes the strongest person in the room is the one carrying the heaviest load.
The friend who always shows up.
The dad who keeps pushing.
The husband, brother, son, or coworker who says, "I'm fine," even when life feels overwhelming.
This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, let's remember that strength doesn't mean carrying everything alone.
Check in on the men in your life.
Have the conversation. Ask the extra question.
And if you're the strong friend, this is your reminder that it's okay to ask for support, too.
You don't have to do life alone.
๐ Grace for Healing Counseling & Consulting Services
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. ๐ฉต๐
Too often, men are expected to carry stress, grief, anxiety, and life's challenges in silence.
But the truth is, seeking support isn't a sign of weaknessโit's a sign of courage, self-awareness, and strength.
At Grace for Healing Counseling and Consulting Services, we believe that no one should have to carry life's burdens alone.
Take a moment to watch, reflect, and share this message with a man in your life who may need the reminder that it's okay to ask for help.
Because healing begins with one conversation.
Still smiling from Saturday. ๐
The first annual Stomp the Stigma 5K was such an amazing day from start to finish. The energy, the people, the music, the laughter, the conversationsโฆ it all came together so beautifully.
Seeing our community show up for mental health awareness in such a big way honestly meant everything.
This video captures just a little bit of the fun, connection, and love that filled the day.
Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, sponsored, danced, supported, and showed up. Yโall helped make this event something really special.
And this is only the beginning. ๐๐

WOW! What a day!
My heart is incredibly full after experiencing the first annual Stomp the Stigma 5K.
What we witnessed was more than a race. It was a community showing up for mental health awareness, healing, hope, and one another.
To every participant, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, speaker, performer, supporter, and family member โ thank you. Thank you for believing in this vision and helping us create something so meaningful for our community.
Seeing people of all ages come together to support conversations around mental health was truly moving. Every step taken, every encouraging word spoken, and every person who showed up helped make an impact.
A very special thank you to Brandon Mack for using his platform and voice to support this movement and encourage our community.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this event possible. This was only Year One, and I already know this movement will continue to grow.
With gratitude,
โ Michelle ๐
