Sincerely smile when greeting a customer. Use a tone that shows you ARE glad to see them. Customers pay your wages, so show them you are happy to see them and serve them. I have been dealing with a pharmacy for over a year and I don't think the guy helping me has ever smiled. He clearly does not like his job and it shows in his demeanor and facial expression. I will no longer use this pharmacy because I want to go where I am appreciated. Don't be this guy!
