We are closing our East Washington and University Avenue locations, and we want you to know exactly why.

Congress and the Trump administration did this. H.R. 5371 redefines legal h**p in a way that will wipe out the THCA market by November 2026. Products you have purchased legally, that we have sold legally, will be treated as controlled substances — not because the science changed, not because anyone got hurt, but because politicians decided to gut a legal industry that employs tens of thousands of Americans. The financial pressure of that impending ban is something a small business cannot absorb. We are not closing because we failed. We are closing because the federal government is destroying the market we built on.

Sun Prairie will likely follow. We will not make promises we cannot keep.

Our Gammon Road and Winnebago Street locations remain open. Your loyalty points are intact and honored at both stores.
