🤝 BUILDING YOUR PIT CREW
No one expects you to change the tire alone. 🤝
In active use, we often felt stranded on the shoulder of life. In recovery, we have a pit crew.
If your outlook feels "flat" today, reach out to your support system. A simple shift in perspective can be the difference between staying stuck and reaching your destination.
Keep going. The path ahead is worth the effort.

🕊️ The Sacred Middle: Between Slavery and Promised Land
Today is a day of profound "in-between."
In the Jewish tradition, we are in the heart of Passover, commemorating the miraculous Exodus from Egypt. It’s a celebration of God breaking the chains of slavery and leading His people toward freedom.
In the Christian tradition, today is Holy Saturday—the quiet, heavy day between the sacrifice of the Cross and the joy of the Resurrection. It is the day of the tomb, a day of waiting in the darkness for a miracle that hasn't yet appeared.
For those of us in recovery, we live in this "middle" every day.
We have left the "Egypt" of our addiction—the slavery that kept us bound. But we aren't at the "Promised Land" yet. We are often in the wilderness, or in the quiet, difficult "tomb" of early sobriety where things feel still, uncertain, and sometimes dark.
Today, let us remember:
The Exodus was a journey, not a jump. God stayed with them in the desert.
The Tomb was not the end. It was the necessary quiet before the greatest New Beginning in history.
If you feel like you are in a "waiting period" in your recovery today—if the miracle feels far off—hold onto hope. History shows us that God does His best work in the quiet. Whether you are counting the days of the Omer or waiting for the Sunday morning sun, the One who broke the chains of old is still leading you forward.
