Colonial Urgent Care

Sumter, you have certainly been keeping us busy in Sick Bay these last few weeks! Roughly 300 people a day are visiting us for COVID swabs. We appreciate your grace and patience as we work tirelessly to care for each of you as quickly and thoroughly as we can.

To help us get your results to you faster, please be sure to give the person who is swabbing you your legal name as it appears on your license. This will make it quicker and easier to match your results to your medical chart to import them so they will be available to you.

Due to short staffing and high volumes, we have not had results ready as quickly as we would like to, but we have more people who will soon be joining our team to fix this issue.

We appreciate you all for coming to us for your healthcare needs and once again thank you for your patience and understanding.

Urgent Care will be closing today at 2pm in observance of New Year's Eve.
We will remain closed through New Year's Day.
Our sick bay will close today at 12pm and also remain closed through tomorrow.
We will resume regular business hours on January 2nd.
