12’x12’ rubber matted stall, Tribute feed (any formula) twice a day. Tifton-85 hay free choice in hay huts and in stall. Stall cleaning one time daily. Arena with jumps, round pen, trails, wash rack, tack room, and trailer parking all included. Private or small group turnout 10 hours a day. Blanketing in winter and fly masks/spray in summer. Supplements and other hay fed at owner’s expense. Group farrier and vet visits (Tommy Newman/SC Equine) handled by barn manager. Discounts available for co-op help/military/first responders. Lessons on your own horse available, specialty is Hunter/Jumper, but all disciplines are welcome. Tommy Newman is our farrier, and SC Equine is our main vet group. Others are welcome, too.

Full Care Board is $400/month. This includes...

- Twice Daily Feeding of Triple Crown Products- Senior, Complete, 30% Ration Balancer, or Low Starch with no extra charge to feed supplements provided by owner. Coastal Bermuda Hay is fed AM/PM. Other types of hay can be provided by owner.

- Daily Stall Cleaning of 12x12 Matted, Airy Stalls with Fans.

- Blanketing in Winter, Fly Spray and Masks/Sheets in Summer.

- Up to 8 Hours Group or Individual Turnout- Night or Day.

- Access to Premium Amenities- 200'x100' Riding Arena with Jumps, 60' Round Pen, Trails for Hacking Out, Wash Stall with Hot Water, Fan, and Heater, Space for Trailer Parking, and Locked Climate Controlled Tack Room with Bathroom.

- Manager lives on site, and is available for emergencies. Manager has 18 years experience with horse care, and is able to help with specialized care beyond what is included in board. Extra services such as clipping, wound care, medication, and grooming can be billed a la carte.

- Outside Trainers welcome with Certificate of Insurance.

- Co-op board discount options and Military discount.

- All disciplines welcome.

- Multiple vet groups and farriers regularly visit- SC Equine, Equicare, Tommy Newman, and Chris Coats. Other vets and farriers are welcome.
