The public still has time to provide input on a proposed solar farm that could be built in Sumter County.

TOCE SC Solar 1 LLC appealed last year’s May 14 denial for a special exception for its proposed Sumter County solar facility, and a public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, at Patriot Hall in Sumter, 135 Haynsworth St.,

A second will be held in Columbia on March 25 and other virtual options for input.

The final order is due to be issued June 1.
