The spring market is still moving, but the story varies by town.

🏡 Summit: Inventory remains tight, with both new and sold listings down year-over-year. Despite fewer homes changing hands, sellers are still seeing strong results, averaging 110.7% of list price.

🏡 Westfield: Buyer demand continues to push prices higher. Average sale prices increased nearly 9% year-over-year, while homes sold in just 14 days on average.

🏡 Cranford: Competition remains fierce, with homes selling for an average of 112.4% of list price. While pricing softened slightly year-over-year, buyers are still competing aggressively for well-positioned homes.

The common theme? Low inventory and motivated buyers continue to support a competitive market across Union County.
