The Class of 2027 Has Revealed Their Senior Class Mascot: Odysseus the Otter! π¦¦
Odysseus isnβt just any otter, he is inspired by The Odyssey, the classic epic that members of the Class of 2027 read during their freshman year. With so many students enjoying the story, the choice felt like the perfect fit.
Senior class mascots have been a cherished Kent Place tradition since the early 1900's, and the reveal remains one of the most anticipated moments of Step Sing, our spring sendoff to the graduating class. As the Class of 2026 took their final steps as students, the rising seniors stepped into the Great Room and into their new role, with Odysseus leading the way.
Congratulations, Class of 2027! π¦¦
