Summer schedules are busy, and that's OK. As physical therapist, Pilates instructors, and wellness professionals one thing we've learned is this:
Long-term health isn't filled by being perfect. It's built by staying connected to your habits, even when life gets messy.
Not every season is meant for growth. Sometimes the goal is simply to maintain, move and feel good.
I missed workout doesn't undo your progress. A vacation doesn't mean you have to start over. Just keep returning.
Because wellness should support your life, not become another source of stress.
